Talent Acquisition Manager
Location: Grândola, Portugal
As the Talent Acquisition Manager at Spatia Comporta Hotel, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the evolving staffing needs of our luxury hotel. You will play a critical role in shaping our workforce and ensuring that we maintain our high standards of service and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
Utilize social media, job boards, and other recruitment channels to identify and engage with potential candidates.
Conduct thorough reference checks and background screenings.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
Design and oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition into their new roles.
Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new employees to the company culture, policies, and procedures.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure new hires have the necessary resources and training to succeed.
Monitor and gather feedback on the onboarding process to make continuous improvements.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and onboarding.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
